Estimated delivery date is to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, we will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. After we send out your order, we will give a tracking number and tracking site so you can track goods delivery status.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Generally we have three kinds of shipping method. Following are the detail information.

NOTE:
If you are requested to pay any extra fee upon delivery, it will be tax or additional shipping service fee.
Tax: We declare low value, 10-20usd, for an item to avoid tax. However, tax may still occur if you are from Europe, Canada, California of the US, etc. Please understand if tax occur, it will be buyer's responsibility to pay.
Additional shipping service fee: Some of the shipping service we use will deliver a package to your door. When you are not at home, they usually will try again the next business day or leave a notice for you to call. However, if delivery fails for several times, they may charge extra for redelivery service.
